Jonathan Morris, MD
Chairman, President, and CEO

Dr. Morris has held senior management roles in companies focused on healthcare information systems, clinical care products and services, the integration of bioinformatics and clinical data, and managing the impact of emerging technology in healthcare. Most recently he was Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Services for the Enterprise & Health Solutions Sectors at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Prior to SAIC, Dr. Morris ran component product development at Oceania, Inc., a leading developer of patient charting software. Dr. Morris received his BS degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and his MD from Washington University (St. Louis), and served his internship, residency, and post-doctoral fellowship in General and Pediatric Surgery Research at Stanford University.

Daniel Kubitza

Daniel Kubitza joined Mapi Group as Head of Corporate Development in 2007. Before joining Mapi Group, Mr. Kubitza worked for BANEXI - BNP Group (Frankfurt/Main-Paris - M&A Corporate Finance), Earnst & Young Corporate Finance (Lyon - Paris - M&A Corporate Finance), and he was Partner at Aforge Finance. He advised clients in planning, structuring, and executing acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and project finance on domestic and cross-border middle market M&A transactions. Mr. Kubitza graduated (DEA - PhD) from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Grenoble (IEPT - CUREI) and the Albert Ludwigs Universität, Freiburg/Breisgau in 1996 before joining BANEXI.

Michele M. Washko

Michele Washko, Vice President of Strategic Services for the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania, has roughly 15 years experience in marketing and business development, with particular expertise in new product launches for the biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. She holds a B.A. from Emory University, an M.A from Arcadia University, and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

Bernard Jambon

Mr. Jambon is an accomplished worldwide speaker, author, and teacher. He founded, in 1974, what is today Groupe MAPI, a world leader in clinical trials, pharmaco-epidemiology and pharmaco-economic studies, and patient reported outcomes, where he still serves as associate chairman and CEO. He is founder and editor of the "Quality of Life Newsletter" and serves on the editorial board of the "Journal of Epidemiology and Biostatistics". He is currently a co-chairman of the DIA Impact of Medical Products & Therapies (IMPacT) Special Interest Area Community (SAIC).

Michael Lack

Michael Lack is Chief Operating Officer at Avera Pharmaceuticals. His prior positions include COO of Incyte Genomics; President and CEO of Silicon Valley Networks; and President and CEO of Presidio Systems, Inc. At Cadence Design Systems he had a variety of roles, including Senior VP of Product Operations; Division President of the Integrated Circuit Design Division; and, Division President of the Systems Division.

Myra Williams, PhD

Dr. Williams is a consultant for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, information technology, and bioinformatics companies. She was President, CEO, and Vice Chairman of Molecular Applications Group, a company focused on maximizing the value of genomics information in drug and agricultural product discovery. Previously, she had been Vice President & Worldwide Director of R&D Information Resources for Glaxo Wellcome; Vice President & CIO for Glaxo Inc.; Vice President, Information Technology for Glaxo Research Institute; and Executive Director, Information Resources and Strategic Planning for Merck Research Laboratories.
